Job Description: Leading the team of Thermal Comfort & Water Management systems for Mercedes Benz passenger Cars
Designation: Senior Program Manager –Thermal Comfort & Water Management System
Objectives of the Job · Execute project & development assignments and as per Quality, Cost and Delivery parameters.
· Responsible for proof of specifications and technical sign off.
· Establish good network in the business unit and global & local suppliers.
· Planning and controlling of hardware and software costs for the team
· People development and building the high potential and diverse Teams.
· Collaborate, Coordinate and Contribute to meet organization goals.
· Plan and control Revenue and Budget
· Continuously look for Innovations, Sustainability & Digitalization contributions in line with the Strategic demands
· Coordinate effectively at different levels with various support functions in MBRDI Bangalore & Pune
· Contribute Strategically to the Department Vision & Mission execution in the Team
· Lead the business growth and contribute in increasing satisfaction and engagement with Teams and Partners
Qualifications: · Engineering Graduate, Mechatronics/ Electronic /Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
· 12-18 Years of experience in Product Development
· Experience in offshore engineering & development activities spread across global locations.
· Strong Project Management and Leadership Skills.
· A Mentor & Coach able to include, inspire, lead, and build diverse teams across verticals.
· German Language Proficiency – Written & Verbal communication would be added advantage.
