The Opportunity: The Senior Sales Operations Support Officer is an important role in which you will be accountable for managing sales operations support and the execution of service delivery strategy in a changing internal & external landscape whilst utilising multiple complex systems.
You will deliver on time, right first time, sales operations support and transactional processing and support the business through best practice process and systems solutions; training; service excellence and quality activities in the following areas: Leads, Opportunities, and Quoting and Reporting.
Further responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement with a deadline driven focus - proactively solving problems whilst continuously investing in and engaging with the operations support team - improving customer experience, enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring real time, accurate transactional processing.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members and supporting them in day-to-day activities and be the first line of contact for the team - responsible for escalation of items as required.

About you: To succeed in this key role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Demonstrated Sales Operations support experience in a shared services model.Credible training and support experience in Sales Operations in High Volume Transactional environments.Keen attention to detail and clear communication skills.Capable of consistently producing high quality work and maintaining sustained attention to detail.Ability to identify, plan and manage activities to enable delivery of products within set timescales.Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders or suppliers, demonstrating confidence in engaging at all levels to reach an acceptable result.A customer excellence and continuous improvement mindset.SAP experience (essential).This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within our world leading business.
