Actively take over vehicles, prepare vehicle diagnoses and hand over vehicles to customers;Advise and support customers;Determine the scope of customer service and repair work and create repair orders;Processing orders, taking into account team workload and meeting deadlines;Carry out test drives with customers;Actively selling additional services;Making and monitoring cost agreements with customers, insurance companies and experts;Promote customer loyalty to our company through careful and targeted support and thus contribute to the economic success of the company;Process customer complaints promptly, quickly and comprehensively, carry out and document quality monitoring;Use your strong communication skills both for customer service and for teamwork;Continuously develop your skills with a strong willingness to learn, supported by our wide range of training measures. Qualifications To be best qualified for the position, you have:
Successfully completed technical vocational training;Master craftsman's certificate in the automotive trade, certified service advisor or comparable qualification desirable, otherwise willingness to develop further;Professional experience in service consulting at a car dealership is an advantage;Good knowledge of common systems in the service area;Affinity for new media and digitalization processes;Confident appearance, contact and communication skills as well as customer/service orientation and negotiating skills;Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people;High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure;Willingness to work flexible hours;Driving license class B & C1 (class 3)For us, it's not just your qualifications that count, you should also be a good fit as a person!
