Job Description Model, develop and document robust solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) component utilizing ServiceNow platform Ability to develop data modeling and design Translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations Develop detailed technical design, including outlining the architecture, workflows, and configurations of ServiceNow solutions in area of ITSM Overlook full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases and peer review code changes Define and detail overall platform architecture of ServiceNow and on-prem systems with architects from other areas within organization Remain up-to-date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams, abide by industry best practices and ensures technical governance and policies are being adhered to Work collaboratively with Business Process Analysts and development teams across multiple time zones and locations Qualifications Master's Degree in the field of Information Technology or comparable field of study Personality: able to work in a team, outgoing, flexible, communicative, and assertive Independent and goal-oriented working style Several years of professional experience in IT, preferred in the area of ServiceNow (in domain separated instances) as a consultant/administrator role Experience with data modeling design and architecture Very good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL and IT administration, in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system technology, certifications in ITIL and/or TOGAF would be an advantage Very good knowledge of English, German would bea plus Additional Information We would like to offer you number of amenities for you and your loved ones.
