Lenovo is looking for a DCG Services Representative based out of – Philippines.
Responsibilities:
To take the lead role of coordinating the DCG Services Sales team and leading the team to the following tasks:
•Pursue Services opportunities and maintenance renewals and warranty exits
•Determine Service Offering Availability
•Compile and publish monthly (worksheets, PDF files) Updating Web
•Add new machine types/models to Entitlement table
•Adding a new offering Part numbers , machine types to appropriate lists.
•Advising Service Offering Leader on Incompatibility and entitlement issues
•Update Pricing Table and catalogs for assigned country
•Help Business leader in preparing forecast reports and other operational reports as necessary
•Drive service catalogue sales with BP
•Enablement & Services updates, weekly cadence with BP
•Provide maintenance quotes to BP or customers as required
•Work with backend team to generate maintenance contracts for BP and customer signing
•Chase signing of contracts with BP and EU to ensure timely recognition of revenue for Services
•Ensure signed contracts are sent back for signing by Lenovo POA & MA entitlement in the system
•Attend internal (eg EBG sales meetings) and external meetings (BP/EU) related to Services
•Support EBG sellers in net new or renewal MA opportunities
•Drive Parts Sales business
•Resolve Service Offering registration issues
•Any other sales related activities as required

Team player with a good communication skill in covering the C-Levels in organizations where we have to transact directly.
