How you will contribute to our magical experience?: In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing consumer content consumption data on SVOD (subscription video on demand) platforms to identify behavioral patterns and trends. Additionally, you will analyze the overall content landscape in the market.
The Consumer Insights Supervisor will be responsible for: Manage qualitative and quantitative projects with agencies and in house. From writing briefs and selecting methodologies to analyzing and creating the final presentation.Analyze large volumes of consumer content consumption data using SQL to extract meaningful insights.Identify patterns, correlations, and trends in data and relate them to socio-cultural variables.Evaluate the total content offerings in the market and provide insights to inform content strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track key performance indicators.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in SVOD platforms.Work with external vendors and effectively collaborate with them in order to successfully complete and deliver insights projects.Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product Development and Content Strategy and be a business partner to understand consumers.What we need from you tobe part of this story: .Ability to handle and analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.Experience working in consumer insights or market research field.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.Preferred Industries: Media, Entertainment or similar backgrounds (is a plus)Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
