The role:As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our recruiting strategies. This role demands thoughtful leadership, and driving recruitment excellence to achieve ambitious hiring goals. You'll be responsible for empowering and growing your team, as well as leveraging tools and data for insightful reporting.
Your expertise and passion are to lead and own the entire recruiting process from end to end (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offers, and everything in between). You'll help us craft new sourcing strategies to attract values-aligned talent, develop, implement, and execute a seamless world-class recruiting process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The right person is a team player who thrives in a startup culture, wears multiple hats, and can work with ownership and urgency in a highly ambiguous fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Oversee and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it aligns with business goals and attracts top-tier talent.Work collaboratively and nurture relationships with hiring managers, understanding hiring needs, identifying critical skills and competencies required for organizational success, and building strong partnerships to deliver exceptional talent.Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and ensuring the team's performance aligns with organizational objectives. Implement strategies to enhance the team's capabilities, ensuring they stay ahead in the dynamic talent landscapeContribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, leveraging our internal tools and platforms.Utilize data and metrics for assessing recruitment strategy effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, make data-driven decisions, and report on these to stakeholders.Handle challenging and critical recruitment projects, including executive-level and specialized roles.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor insights, and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Collaborate in the creation of our brand identity and become an ambassador.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our hiring teams to foster team collaboration.Minimum Requirements:+8 years of Talent Acquisition Experience: with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a dynamic environment.Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Demonstrated expertise in performing full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for in-house experience.US-Centric Experience: Prior experience recruiting for companies headquartered in the US while collaboratively working with Hiring Managers based there, as well as in Argentina.Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with advanced/bilingual English proficiency.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Greenhouse or Lever highly preferred.Prioritization Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing tasks.Startup Enthusiast: Make things happen attitudeThought Leadership Potential: Enthusiastic and empathetic leader passionate about the opportunity to coach and support a growing team.Advanced Level of English.Preferred Requirements:Market Awareness: A deep understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics, allowing for proactive adjustments to recruitment strategies.Employer Branding: Experience in employer branding strategies to attract top talent and elevate the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Personality traits: Analytical, motivated, quick learner, adept at multitasking, and resourceful.Benefits Get paid in USD, Crypto, Euro, ARS.
