Summary of Role / Job Description:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Latin America will provide leadership for the overall strategy, execution, operations and employment branding programs for SC Johnson in the region. The role will be responsible for improving operational recruitment processes and enhancing our employment brand and talent pipelines to attract and select top talent for the business.
Primary Accountabilities:
Lead a team of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding RPO Specialists to deliver end:to:end, customer:centric hiring and onboarding for the Region/Clusters/Functions.
In collaboration with the Global TA Sr. Director, provide strategic direction for the TA function within the region. Determine current staffing needs to produce forecasts.
Drive and develop SCJ Employment Branding initiatives to develop a superb candidate experience.
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events in region
Collaborate with HR colleagues for workforce planning information, Total Rewards for salary trend analysis and Legal/Compliance for employment law.
Manage all aspects of delivery to drive hiring manager and candidate satisfaction,
Communicate progress and outcomes to Leadership Team Members, Hiring Managers and HRBPs .
Establish ongoing partnerships with senior Hiring Managers and local HR teams to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs and partnership in the region;
Develop, implement and deliver consistent and optimized TA strategies and technologies at a global and regional level
Implement global programs and policies in the region
Develop University Relations in region in collaboration with global university programs
Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement and sharing of best practices across the region;
Manage regional vendor relationships
May support Production Hiring
Monitor and support Executive Hiring and possible facilitation of executive hires globally
Manages special projects and related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
University Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or Human Resources.
7+ years of relevant experience in global organizations.
Have considerable experience in talent acquisition, including experience of working in an in:house function.
Expertise in implementing global TA programs.
Previous management experience.
Experience recruiting in Latin American Markets.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English, Portuguese is a plus.
Experience in full:cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding;
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Workday a plus.
Excellent communicator and strategic thinker.
Working knowledge of regional employment laws and regulations.
Results oriented.
