We work with a diverse set of technologies and frameworks. Open position We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Squad on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. What you'll do Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques. Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency. Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market. Market map and ensure Techbiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy. Any proven sourcing experience for both tech and non-technical roles Experience in attracting talent through different tools and methods like Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings), Github, events, etc. Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo. Strong communication in English (both verbal and written). Nice to have Experience working in a scaling tech organization.
