As they continue to grow, they seek a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Specialist for Digital Marketing and Customer Support.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various technical aspects of email/content marketing, and database management, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for our digital products. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing Online Marketing Platform (Kajabi)

Overseeing and maintaining the technical aspects of our online marketing and digital course platform (Kajabi) to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Updating and managing the technical elements, UX, and effectiveness of our websites, sales pages, landing pages, product offerings, email campaigns, and sales funnels. Working with the KCCO team to implement effective strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through Kajabi. Tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends.

Providing Customer Support

Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via the Kajabi portal/chat, email, and other communication channels. Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations, encouraging, and fostering a positive long-term relationship. Providing guidance and assistance to customers navigating our products/services and online platforms. Monitoring and analyzing customer satisfaction metrics, such as response times and resolution rates.

Podcast Editing and Posting

Editing and refining audio and video content for our company podcasts, ensuring high quality and engaging episodes. Uploading and publishing podcast episodes to relevant platforms, such as iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, and our website. Monitoring and analyzing podcast metrics and giving recommendations for increasing engagement and growing in new markets.

Database Management

Managing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of information. Generating reports and insights from database analytics to inform decision-making and improve marketing strategies. Tracking database metrics, such as customer segmentation effectiveness and data integrity. Collecting stories, testimonies, photos, and feedback from satisfied customers and creating a searchable database for these valuable assets.

Email List Management

Building, tagging, and segmenting email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Formatting and scheduling email campaigns, monthly newsletters, and automated sequences to nurture leads and engage subscribers. Monitoring email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Team Support as Needed

There will be some support for our company-wide projects, events, and initiatives that are business-critical and require full team involvement. This role will likely focus on online research, technical support, and developing digital marketing materials.

Requirements

Passion for the technical side of an online business and a genuine concern for people. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric approach (C1/C2 English level preferred) Bachelor's degree in Digital Strategies, IT/Computer Science, Business, or related field. Preferred experience in digital marketing, customer support, and podcast/video editing. Proficiency with online marketing platforms such as Kajabi, as well as editing software. Independent worker, highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, virtual environment. Positive, energetic, and flexible team player who embraces growth and opportunity.

Special Note: This is an exciting new role within our expanding team and strategically created to accommodate our growth trajectory and forward-thinking vision. The successful candidate will be initially tasked with projects to update our systems to accommodate our new vision including: cleaning and converting our database to Kajabi, implementing the setup of our new customer service portals, and establishing the technical aspects of our new marketing initiatives. Once these systems are established, tested and approved, the role will transition to managing these systems and focusing on business growth.
