RYZ is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will join our Recruiting team to help bring the best talent to the studio. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and execute sourcing campaigns to attract and hire the best technical talent the industry has to offer. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team focused on making an impact on the business while recruiting smart, innovative talent. Basic Qualifications: - +4 years of technical recruiting experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Fluent in English verbal and written communication. - Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes. - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external. - Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates. - Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. - CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates (experience using Lever is a plus).
