The individual in this position will work with business customers to price, quote, negotiate, provide technical product information and provide overall support on an ongoing basis via the telephone. The person in this role is also responsible for selling, positioning and providing complete solutions involving servers, storage (Compellent, Equallogic and Dell), networking products and enterprise software. The candidate must have strong customer relationship skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and planning skills. Experience working with field based team members will help a person succeed in this role.

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Abilities :

The candidate must be capable of organizing and extensively communicating within Dell and with Dell's customers.
The individual in this position must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master or Post graduate Degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-4 years of Technical Sales or related experience, and 3-5 years of technical experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish is essential, Portuguese a plus.
