• Develop the sales channels of Puma Energy Service Stations, the Puma Energy Agros, and the wholesale sales channel (Wholesale), in order to ensure the company's positioning in the market, the quality of the products, the image in the points of sale and the value of the brand in the market in the region in charge.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:Visit abandoned businesses to verify the state of the facilities and the level of service, in order to guarantee compliance with the Quality, Image and Service standards defined by the company.Effective management of customer relationships, advice, account control, attention to complaints and transmission of practical information that allows better operation and administration of the business.Evaluate the area in question, carrying out surveys that cover everything from commercial and socioeconomic aspects to its development potential, in order to maximize the economic result for the company (management and administration of current contracts and new contracts).Recommend price changes, special discounts, promotions at service stations, in order to enhance the relationship with customers by seeking new business opportunities.Monitor clients' collections and current accounts, and collaborate in risk management in order to minimize the rate of delinquencies and bad debts.Coordinate identification/rebranding processes and other works in the businesses under your responsibility.Support in training and coaching service station personnel on technical concepts of their specialty, in order to guarantee effective work teams.Detect possible opportunities for the implementation of new businesses, in order to ensure the evolution of the Puma Energy service station network.Relationship with the main actors in the area in charge, in order to understand and anticipate market movements.Knowledge and abilities: Graduate or advanced student of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or similar.Advanced level of Microsoft Office.Advanced English level.Good interpersonal relationships and negotiation skills.Availability to travel within the country.Driver's license (exclusive).Key Relationships and Department Overview: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse workforce.
