Key Job Responsibilities: · Analysis of Thermal comfort (THC) Software (SW) requirements to determine SW tuning effort
· Develop and Review of vehicle test cases designed by System engineer.
· Tuning and commissioning of THC SW for assigned vehicle variants for all SW deliveries
· Maintain and update calibration parameter dataset for different vehicle / SW variants in Encore
· Flash THC parameter values for a given release into relevant ECUs.
· Preparing vehicle testing plan and participation for calibration drives - summer and winter test drives
· Schedule and Book appointments with test bench and vehicles to execute listed test scenarios.
· Inform all stakeholder about updated parameter dataset.
· Support team for vehicle calibration activities.
· Raise tickets for issues in respective platforms / tools.
· Regular status update and reporting in different meetings / forums.
· Effective and pro-active stakeholder management with partners in Germany and colleagues in MBRDI
· Willingness for extensive / continuous stay in Germany based on business / company needs.
Qualification: · Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication or related field.
· 5-9 years of experience in automotive SW development and calibration (preferably in HVAC or other complex systems / domains).
· Experience in managing diverse stakeholders across time zones including external engineering service providers.
· Experience in driving efficiencies by streamlining operations, including automation.
· Experience in Vector testing tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, vTestStudio, Diva, vCDM etc.
· Exposure to configuration management tools like PVCS, SVN, and requirement management tool like PREEvision.
Intermediate / advanced knowledge of German language and German work culture is preferred Qualifications BE/Btech or Mtech
