Job Description for Product Data Management Activity & Design support for Automotive Plastics and Sheet Metal Brackets Education & Training:
B.E (Mechanical / Production),
About 4-8 years of experience in Product Data Management (Release and Engineering Change Management) and know-how of Product Design & Development in Automotive Plastics and Sheet Metal components/Brackets & Must have had worked with Global Companies (German OEMs/Tier 1s preferred)
Skill Requirements:
Knowhow of Product Data Management (Release) Activity, Knowledge of Change Management, Variants Control & BOM management Experience in Daimler Norms and DBL standards, DIALOG and SMARAGD will be an advantage Experience on BOM management forAutomotive Plastic/ Sheet metal components Intercultural Experience: Onsite experience or working exposure in Europe/ European clients is an added advantage. German Language will be an added advantage. Must be a Team Player; should have the attitude to work with the team & also shoulder individual responsibility wherever needed Microsoft office skills with good know-how of Excel knowledge. Basic know-how CAD Software Unigraphics NX/ Catia Command on PLM software Command in English linguistic skills Job Responsibilities:
Releasing the Mechanical Parts through PLM Tool & Support in Change Management Co-ordination & Technical Reviews with onsite Engineers & Cross functional departments Supplier Data (2D & 3D) Validation and uploading in PLM Perform Product Data Management tasks based on customer requirement Seamless integration with the Team in India & Germany Assist team leader to achieve company goals / objectives Qualifications Qualifications BE - Mech. IP
