Lenovo is looking for a REL Specialist role based out of – Singapore.
Responsibity(s):
• Driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction in the organization’s Large Enterprise accounts in the work location area.
• Managing and maintaining account relationships through senior level engagements.
• Developing strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
• Engaging with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning.
• To retain, develop, manage large customers and accounts.
• Penetrate competitive accounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long- term relationship.
• Understand customer needs and challenges to propose appropriate solutions.
Position Requirements
Requirements:
• 5-7 year proven track record in strategic technical sales dealing with C level executives, strong Inter-personal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
• Degree in any relevant field.
• Candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, Passionate, and approachable.
• Excellent sales track record.
• Strong network with business partner/distributor.
