Zc Sr. Staff Software Engineer (Java Microservices Api Spring Boot) (Latam Remote)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Staff Software Engineer with expertise in Java, microservices architecture, API development, and Spring Boot to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, documenting, deploying, and maintaining scalable and highly available web applications. You will collaborate closely with Product Management to understand requirements and produce highquality code in an agile environment. Advocating programming best practices and standards will be crucial while working with QA and other engineering teams to investigate and resolve production issues. Job Responsibilities Designing, building, testing, documenting, deploying,and maintaining scalable and highly available web applications. Driving continual improvement to system architecture. Collaborating with Product Management to understand requirements effectively. Producing highquality code following agile methodologies. Advocating programming best practices and standards within the team. Collaborating with QA and other engineering teams to investigate and resolve production issues. Working closely with DevOps and System teams for cloud rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance.RequisitosBasic Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience with expertise in Java (must have). Strong knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices (must have). Extensive experience with traditional databases and APIs (must have). Experience with Web Services (REST) and microservices preferred (must have). Must have developed middle tier or backend Java apps for web applications. Some working experience with shell/perl/script programming. Some experience with Hibernate or Object relational mapping frameworks.A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (must have). Familiarity with JSON, XML data formats. Experience with browser debugging and profiling tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired Skills: TCP/IP networking experience. Experience with endpoint development. Experience in the security industry. SAML SSO authentication experience.
