Based in the Chicago area, our team focuses on delivering high-quality financial solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs.The Role * General Bookkeeping and Accounting:- Manage general bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.- Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, with expertise in functions such as the data review feature, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.- Payroll Management:- Handle all aspects of payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.- Financial Reporting:- Assist with financial reports and statements to provide clients with insights into their financial performance.- Client Relations:- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored solutions.- Address client inquiries and provide guidance on accounting matters.- Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 ESTThis opportunity offers a chance to play a key role in managing the financial operations of our clients and contributing to their success.
