As a Junior/Pleno Art Director, your role involves collaborating with the team to create compelling visual concepts and designs for various media platforms, including digital, reports, whitepapers, print, and broadcast. Also creating and producing motion graphics and animations that enhance the project's aesthetic and narrative. Responsibilities Select and oversee the use of color, typography, images, sound, and other visual elements in a projectAbility to generate fresh and innovative ideas for campaigns and projectsCreate mood boards, sketches, storyboards, and style frames to illustrate the artistic vision and style of a projectDesign and produce motion graphics and animations that complement and elevate the project's content and messageCollaborate with other creative departments, such as writers, producers, and editorsEnsure that the project is delivered on time, and according to the specifications and standardsStay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in art direction and motion designRequirements A bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related fieldA portfolio or reel that showcases your art direction and motion design skills and projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere ProProficiency in Microsoft 365 Family, especially Power PointStrong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layoutGood communication, collaborationEnglish skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
