Department Overview After Sales Business Development is a highly valuable aspect of Customer Services. As After Sales becomes a more and more important piece of the automotive business overall and as the number of Mercedes-Benz vehicles on the road increases, so does the opportunity for parts and accessory sales.
ASBD is comprised of Product Management Parts, Product Management Service, Business Intelligence, After Sales Marketing and Accessories. ASBD also supports the execution of MBUSA's Customer Satisfaction initiatives.
Job Overview In this role, the JACP will work with the Parts Pricing team to price new parts, examine supersession chains and assist with various parts pricing analytics and ad hoc requests. The JAC will be involved in numerous projects associated with parts market conditions, remanufactured parts market and pricing as well as in the development of systematic system checks and audits.
