As a BILINGUAL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their guests' journey. Your passion for travel, sales acumen, and commitment to excellence will shine through as you engage with customers. You'll serve as a brand ambassador, providing valuable information about their resorts, amenities, local attractions, and personalized recommendations based on each guest's interests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls from direct consumers, travel agents, and loyalty club members. Assist guests in planning their dream vacations by understanding their preferences and tailoring recommendations accordingly. Share insights on local attractions, hidden gems, and must-see experiences. Sales and Conversion: Leverage your competitive edge to convert inquiries into bookings. Promote special offers, packages, and exclusive deals to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style to drive sales. Subject Matter Expertise: Become well-versed in our properties, amenities, and unique selling points. Stay informed about the latest updates, events, and enhancements across our portfolio. Address guest queries with confidence and accuracy. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including reservations, concierge, and marketing teams. Share guest feedback and insights to continuously improve our services. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably within a call center. Minimum 1-year experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred. Native/Bilingual English is a must. Spanish, Portuguese, or French a plus. Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities. Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate. Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and energetic. Must be flexible to work within call center hours and adapt to business needs. The ability to work independently with little supervision. Must have an office-like space with high-speed internet access and own a computer or laptop. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates in Latin America and the Caribbean.
