Knowledge regarding the analysis of 3 rd party valuations and corresponding assumptions along with performing sensitivity analyses. Possesses basic understanding of accounting, corporate finance, valuation, tax and business reporting processes. Ability to conduct in-depth client, industry and market research. Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to prepare / review memoranda and reports that communicate research findings and recommendations clearly and concisely. Possesses intermediate skills in MS-Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point) and a basic understanding of other software applications are desirable, but not required (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI). Fluent in the English language along with advanced reading and writing comprehension skills. --------------------Understand the importance of have a correct information management.Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
