Make It With Possible.You will support transportation operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance.You will provide team leadership and direction for the transportation organization. In addition, you will implement our transportation strategy and effectively execute operations to ensure optimum logistics solutions while supporting various routes-to-market, and balancing service and cost.To excel in this role, you will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors)business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.How you will contributeYou will :- Deliver value by delivering on the strategy, ensuring optimization across all modes of transportation, balancing service and cost- Be responsible for all our safety, service and cost key performance initiatives- Have end-to-end responsibility to serve our customers and work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution- Develop transport solutions and undertake regular business reviews with vendors to review performance and support selection and negotiations- Ensure the right product at the right quantity gets to right place at the right time (damage free)- Manage risk management, ensuring continuity of supply through demand forecasting, transportation capacity management and supplier relationships- Lead the business toward best-in-class practices by innovating and championing continuous improvement by harnessing internal and external inputsWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge :- Experience setting and executing strategies in supply chain and / or logistics in a matrix organization- Extensive understanding and expertise in the fields of transportation operations, third-party logistics management, transportation management software and / or transportation control tower functions- Experience in concurrently managing a large number of third-party transportation suppliers with significant budgets- Negotiation and influencing skills, able to communicate and build relationships effectively- Knowledge of international transportation network design, customer service and collaboration- Experience leading and motivating a high-performance team- Financial budget planning, analysis and reporting skills- Entrepreneurial approach with a focus on continuous improvement, digitalization and innovationWhat you need to know about this position :Como Coordinador Logistics Services & Transfer Frei, trabajarás en el equipo de Customer Service & Logistics y estarás a cargo del proceso de planificación de órdenes para entrega de pedidos, del armado del presupuesto anual de gastos de transporte con su control mensual, y los nuevos proyectos con productividades.Job specific requirements :4 años de experiencia en áreas logística, transporte, comercio exterior, almacenamiento, u áreas afines.Graduados de Ingenierías, o carreras administrativas.Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajoDominio del idioma inglés avanzado.Work schedule :Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs.No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
