Join Our Team: We are on the hunt for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to enhance our customer service operations. If you're passionate about providing exceptional support and have a knack for solving problems, you might be the ideal candidate to help us maintain and elevate our customer service standards. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, which directly contributes to RedCloud's success and expansion in our target markets.
Main Responsibilities: Customer Query Resolution: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving their issues with speed and efficiency. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify recurring issues or potential improvements, contributing to a better product and service offering. Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to identify opportunities for account growth and increased satisfaction. Product Support: Provide support and guidance to customers using our platform, including troubleshooting and advice on best practices. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, providing valuable insights to the product and sales teams. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the tech or FMCG sector. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
