Shanghai, with key areas of Autonomous Driving(AD), Adavanced Driving Asistant System
(ADAS), Cloud Platform for ADAS/AD, Advanced Interaction Design, Telematics, Big Data
Analytics, and Open Innovation.
Our AD Backend & Crowd Data Analytics team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data
Mining Engineer to support with the collection and analysis of data from Mercedes-Benz
Vehicles. At this role you will have the unique opportunity to work with a group of innovative
engineers together to improve driving safety and customer driving experience.
Task Description Cooperation with Data Experts to define data processing tools for data miningMonitoring and governance of data quality to ensure data accuracy and availabilityCollaborate directly with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to define use-cases of data miningDevelop predictive models and new algorithms that can be benefit to next-generation ADAS and AD system Qualifications Qualification Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering area or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in big data development, preferably in the automotive industry, abroad, or in an international companyDemonstrable programming experience with Java, Python, Spark, Flink, Kafka, and other big data frameworksProficiency in developing and optimizing complex SQL queriesExperience with Data Processing and ETL pipelinesFamiliarity with building Machine Learning Infrastructure for data-driven solutionsUnderstanding of Real-time Data Processing techniques and technologiesKnowledge of Data Quality and Governance best practicesExperience with cloud-based architectures, preferably in Azure, Tencent, or Alibaba CloudAutomotive industry experience, with familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), is a plusFluent in English; additional proficiency in German is a plusSelf-responsible working attitude and initiativeStrong intercultural competence and excellent communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
