Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop business and execute projects within the scope of system responsibility for Powernet Management & Body Controller ECUs.
· Manage stakeholders effectively.
· Build and manage teams.
· Oversee daily operations of the group.
· Ensure competency setup, performance monitoring, and feedback.
Managerial Tasks:
· Communicate with the team and stakeholders.
· Provide project status updates and reports to management.
· Train and develop team members.

· Technical competence: Revision and Upgrades
· Change and Release Management
Personnel: · Manpower planning, development, allocation and deployment

Budget: -Financial planning for the department
· Optimum utilization of the resources including budget to meet expectations of BUs
· Costing and pricing of department activities to make MBRDI cost efficient for BUs
Stakeholder Management: · Effective engagement with Customers and other Stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications - Internal Educational Qualification:
Masters or Bachelors of Engineering
Experience:
15+ years in the automotive product development domain
Skills / Languages etc:
Good networking skills and contacts in the Research & Development areas of Daimler AG
Good knowledge of internal processes and systems of Daimler AG
Exposure to intercultural concerns and fluency in English
Good leadership skills
