Description
Objective of Position To deliver Mercedes-Benz Brand and Product information to potential customers and car owners, conducting communication activities in a data-driven manner, including website operation, use of digital platforms and online ad analytic tools.
Job Description 1 Contents planning of brand information page Coordination with content creation agencies and managing project schedules Result measurement, reporting and proposing improvements for online contents Participating in projects with Mercedes-Benz HQ and leading internal team members 2 Digital tool implementation and operation Utilization of  web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Supporting project implementation in Japan in alignment with HQ strategy Proposing improvements for online customer journey 3 Management of media campaigns Planning of media campaigns such as new vehicles and brands Coordinating with internal stakeholders for project schedules and tasks Conducting orientation for content creation agencies and discussing proposal contents Digital media buying and creation of advertising materials Information sharing with HQ and regional persons-in-charge 4 Internal process and communication Budget management for responsible activities Regular communication with HQ, advertising agencies and content creation agencies Qualifications Academic Background & Language Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university
Japanese: Native
English: Business level
Technical Knowledge about website content creation and website management
Knowledge about digital media buying, mainly online ads
Utilization of digital solutions like Google analytics and Google AdWords Express
