Director Of Engineering(Hotel)

A great Opportunity to join as a Director of Engineering in a Luxury 5 star hotel in Milan
Education and Experience  BS/BA or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years' experience in similar positions. Previous experience in Engineering within Hospitality or Retail industries Customer service and interpersonal skills  English and Italian language knowledge is an advantage Main requirements: Experience in preventive and ordinary maintenance, ideally in hospitality or similar industries (retail / fashion) Technical knowledge of physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems Ability to manage department budget and to understand financial reports At least intermediate level in English (able to read and write – oral production not essential but nice to have) Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
