Description
Areas of Work:Chassis System Development(Pass. Car)
Realize the internalization strategy for the off-shore extension and drive together with counterparts in Germany Leading the Center of Competence (CoC) and owning end to end accountability of Chassis Products. Oversee the product development and delivery of Chassis Structures Module for Suspension, Brakes, Axles and Steering systems. Experience in leading projects Good knowledge of Vehicle development processes and systems Monitor health status of the program (for Cost, Time, Quality targets) and ensure C,T,Q targets are met for the module / project. Lead and Drive various Program drive responsibilities Drive and facilitate various decision makings for the module Verify Chassis design work through internal team reviews Rallying CFTs together for various deliverables of the chassis structure module Ensure compliance to Mercedes Standards and Processes for Chassis module delivery Monitor Design risk register and bugs for the module Motivate and Develop teams Qualifications Dynamic & thought leadership Coaching and mentoring skills Experience in managing Business critical portfolio(s) Experience in Products & Platforms delivery management Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Hands on Experience on Agile methods of product development Strong technical background of Chassis development Experience in leading Data Analytics is an added advantage Automotive background & German language are an added advantage Organization Organization Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited Primary Location India-Karnataka-Bangalore Work Locations Brigade Tech Gardens, Katha No. 119 Brigade Tech Gardens, Katha No. 119 Kundalahalli Village, K.R.
