Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Analyst Specialist plays a crucial role in driving financial analysis, research and forecasting to support key business initiatives. What you'll do: · Support the organisation by implementing key financial analytics strategies to support the company's goals and objectives;
· Analyse and interpret financial data, providing insight and trends to the wider team and senior management to aid with decision-making;
· Conduct financial analysis to assess company performance and forecast future financial outcomes;
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support with financial and business objectives;
· Prepare and present insightful financial reports, presentations and recommendations to senior management and leaders;
· Prepare and submit month-end data and reports accurately and in a timely manner;
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting to mitigate risk
Qualifications
The skills we're looking for: · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
· Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years' experience in financial analysis and reporting;
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets;
· Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and/or other financial reporting tools;
· Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
· Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
