Your Day to Day:Support in identifying gaps in assigned processes and propose continuous improvement measuresSupport Manager in understanding root causes of budget deviations and anticipate impactsRun proper reconciliations to ensure accuracy in RF/OB proposals between PMI systemsEnsure month end analysis of deviations and provide insights on variancesProvide standard, ad hoc and scenario- based analysis on costs, including multidimensional viewTake part in the construction of the budget (LRP/OB/RF/LE) in collaboration with the market and regionSupport Manager in ad-hoc requests, controlling tasks, e.g., SOXPrepare analysis and support for internal and external audit requirements, if applicable.Support market projects by providing guidelines to guarantee the proper record of business and administrative initiatives.Support Manager with the preparation of corporate reports (e.g., MRL, IS comments, etc.)Cooperate with other IBS process delivery groups to ensure high quality customer service and to support continuous service improvementIdentify areas/process to improve, eliminate inefficiencies and make them more agile.
