As a Finish goods planner you'll be responsible for delivers best in class Customer Service through on time in full product availability.

What you'll do Sets up finished goods strategy for assigned portfolio. Responsible to check the availability situation on product/location level on a daily base and define and execute corrective actions if needed together with the contacts in the factories, markets, and BG's. Manages and controls commercial inventory on product/location level within the framework defined as Finished Goods Strategy in the S&OP Handshake. Execute root cause analysis on Customer Service and Inventory Issues as input for a continuous improvement cycle. Contributes to continuous improvement in lead time to reduce inventory requirements. Shows sense of urgency in responding to Customer / Sales / Order Management requests in a customer-focused way. Bachelor's degree completed in Supply Chain, Engineering or Administration. Large experience in Supply Chain Management / Commercial / Business Operational roles in a fast-paced technology company. Few years of deep working knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, Systems, forecasting and demand planning, sales and operations planning, distribution and related concepts. Few years of proven ability in designing and executing business processes around customer needs. SAP (PR4) and IBP intermediate level. Proven track record of delivering functional improvements with financial outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization. Supportive team player Fluent English is required.
