As a foundational member of our FP&A team, you will partner with members across the organization to help drive financial and operational outcomes. This role requires a combination of heads-down data analysis and effective communication skills that frame findings and make recommendations about business decisions.

What you'll do Help with the initiation of and maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting for the Leadership Team Participate in vendor management including the assessment of new purchases and renewals, as well as contract negotiations Present monthly and quarterly commission payment recommendations for the go-to-market organization Conduct Ad Hoc analysis and projects relating to the SalesOps and EngOps functions Support teammates in analysis relating to product value and costing exercise to assess pricing and product decisions Partner and work closely with finance/accounting and cross-functional teammates to deliver full P&L and cash forecasts, including variance analysis, monthly Participate in the financial planning, forecasting, quarterly snapshots, reporting, and monthly close processes Serve as a consultative resource for leaders across the business to drive operational improvements and data-driven decision-making Ensure budget owners have full visibility on how they are performing against their budgets, clearly identifying and articulating key opportunities and risks to plan Develop and improve policies, processes, and procedures Prepare financial materials for a wide variety of presentations for the leadership team and board Identify opportunities to improve financial operations.
