Responsibilities As the Head of Talent, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our talent management strategies and initiatives. We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent. You'll report directly to their Co-CEO, and collaborate with our other teams.
Plan and execute OKRs for all Talent functions.
Lead a team of 3+ direct reports across Recruitment, L&D, and People Ops.
Manage and improve company-wide processes for compensation, benefits, leave, retention, disciplinary matters, succession, performance management, team engagement, and community impact.
Analyze talent data metrics and make recommendations for improving productivity and performance (e.g. applications, turnover, performance ratings, engagement surveys, exit interview.
Requirements Completed University degree
HR education such as a degree or certification
Desire for a long-term position
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience leading teams in Latam
Quick adaptability and excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
Tech-savvy with experience in project management and HR tools.
Expert knowledge of HR policies, regulations, compliance standards, and HR data analytics.
