Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a HR Manager. As a pivotal member of our HR team, you will play a key role in shaping organizational success through collaborative initiatives and innovative HR strategies. We're waiting for a candidate who has Proactive, self-motivated, result-driven attitude and strong leadership.
HR Business Partnering  Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies and initiatives that support organizational goals. Conduct FTE analysis to identify current and future staffing needs. Develop succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of key roles within the organization. Providing proactive & qualitative HR consultation, guidance and coaching to the business unit regarding all aspects HR related topics. In charge of overall people cycle from hiring to exiting and ensure all processes are properly managed and administered by relevant internal/external stakeholders. Lead an overall HRBP agenda as a senior HRBP. Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Managing the talent accusation of achievement of people strategies towards the successful accomplishment of the overall organization's strategy. Drive entire performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, training, talent management, etc. Provide guidance and training to managers on performance management best practices, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs that are aligned with organizational objectives. Manage annual salary/bonus cycle and employee benefit programs Ensure HR operations are aligned with internal policies & procedures and consult with Global/regional topic management teams. Ensure the overall process and result of monthly payroll data and ensure high level of accuracy and quality execution. Manage HR budget planning process and monitor monthly budget plan vs. spending; labor cost and HR overhead, and provide a report to Head of HR. Ensure the entire process of Expat managements. Manage HR related audit process from internal / external. Conduct annual/ad-hoc market survey and develop reward proposal; job matching, market and internal data analysis Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate actions. Conduct company-wide analysis of 'Employee Engagement Surveys' and facilitate follow-up action items. Lead company-wide corporate culture event to make great place to work. Facilitate & follow up quarterly LMC (Labor Management Committee) meetings and handle employees enquiries in LMC with respective stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations and advise management accordingly. Conduct audits to ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed consistently. Lead a team as a middle manager and ensure the high level of performance of the team via close review & guidance. Manage the overall performance of the team and maintain the high quality of the result. Qualifications Education Bachelor degree in Business Administrations, law, or Psychology preferred
Experience Minimum 10 years business experience in Human Resources
Experience in HR Business Partnering and CoE topics including Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, Performance appraisal, and HR projects
Specific knowledge Proactive, self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Excellent communication skills in both Korean & English
High level of accuracy in HR operations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
High level of competency in MS Office (esp. Excel or Powerpoint)
Structured way of thinking, organization & coordination skills 
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations
