Responsibilities: Ensure smooth running of various talent processes for the Global Technology – CLOUD FIRST Group HR organizationProactively analyze Talent KPIs and "tell the story" behind the statisticsGuide decisions and lead actions through insights while maintaining documentation that reflects the as-is and to-be approachAssist the Service Delivery Lead in monitoring and balancing workload within the Service Delivery team, set and manage agenda for team discussions and project-manage activities through to closureOwn the cost metrics of the Global Technology – CLOUD FIRST Group HR team. Engage the Corporate Functions Finance team in plan-vs.-actuals analysis and be responsible for identifying and executing changes required to keep costs of the team per planMaintain status of overall Global Technology CLOUD FIRST Group HR talent agenda, priorities, and initiativesServe as central point of contact to collect requests relating to talent metricsOwn stakeholder communications (calls, emails, other channels etc.) that articulate the right level of detail, to the right audience, at the right timePartner with shared services (COE teams) to simplify and smoothly run talent processesAssist with ad-hoc projects as applicableBusiness acumen: able to influence leadership and communicate with a diverse talent populationStrong executive presence: speak comfortably with Accenture Leadership to articulate a POVStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skillsCollaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by othersTrusted advisor to leadershipStrong organizational and time management skillsRelentlessly drive progress on numerous initiatives at the same timeExpertise with managing process design and executionInnate eagerness to drive actions through analytics and insights, and find new strategic solutions to "old" problemsComfortable working across global teams; ability to balance schedule and priorities as neededWork Experience Demonstrated experience working on both operational and strategic projectsStrong background in project planning, management and executionAble to drive complex actions to completion, across a wide range of individuals and teamsReasonable understanding of the services offered cross-TechnologyGood understanding of Accenture's business and organizational structureStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence othersSuccessful track record working effectively in a virtual work environmentExperience running talent processes such as performance achievement is a bonus, but key is having the ability to understand terminology of talent processes and familiarity with how they are r#J-18808-Ljbffr
