Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support and guidance to our employees, from their initial onboarding to the end of their probationary period. The HRBP will also play a crucial role in conducting ongoing diagnostics of employee needs and contributing to the company's strategic outlook.
Key Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and support of employees from their start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience. Oversight of the three-month probationary period, providing guidance, feedback, and assistance to both employees and managers. Conduct ongoing diagnostics to identify evolving employee needs and trends within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic HR initiatives and improvements. Assist in the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and resolution of issues. Provide coaching and support to managers in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Support the company's strategic goals by aligning HR practices with organizational objectives. Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in English. A minimum of 6 years of experience in the HR field, with a strong background in HR best practices and principles. Proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within an organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations. HR certification is a plus.
