How will you contribute to our magical experience? The Jr Analyst will work with the Senior Analyst in the management of LATAM licensing contracts, and collaborate in the revenue recognition process for LATAM, specific to the licensing business.
The Jr. Analyst will be responsible for: Follow up with Licensees in the territory to submit their reports of royalties in a timely manner. Process the information received in the revenue system for subsequent billing. Process different types of transactions (such as advances and guarantees as they become due, in the revenue system). Submit invoices to licensees and clear all doubts regarding invoiced amounts. Train licensees to correctly report on the corresponding tool. Communicate correctly to those responsible for the territory (Finance and Category Managers) any difficulty, lack of information or inconsistencies in the data received from the licensees. Follow-up with those responsible for the territory (Finance, Category Managers, BPM Team) in order to solve pending errors, keeping their superior informed on a daily basis. Support (provide information and give detailed explanations) to the Credit & Collections team to ensure timely collection. Write and send all licensee contracts for all the regionOOH Marketing Campaigns for all Disney and National titles. Follow up of US system for all lines of art and with national vendors. Synergy. Requests of Video materials and checking subtitles and the deliveries of content Premiums Requests. Request Vendors Presentations, Orders follow up. Contact and follow up with Customs brooker. What we need from you tobe part of this story: Business and number oriented (Adm de Empresas, Accounting, etc) Fluent in English is required. Portuguese is a plus. Knowledge in Excel, Word & Power Point.
