Responsibilities will include: Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a full range of documentation relating to securities financing transactions (., Master Repurchase Agreements, term sheets for bespoke trades, Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements, guarantees, NDAs). Providing regulatory and legal advice in connection with regulatory requirements. Providing legal guidance in connection with new product initiatives (., intraday repo using blockchain technology, sponsored repo). Evaluating legal netting and collateral enforceability. Managing outside counsel relationships. This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate directly with other areas of JPMorgan outside of the legal department, including, Sales, Traders, Compliance, Risk and Technology, among others. The required qualifications are: 3+ years' of post-law school practice experience with a major law firm or in-house at a major financial institution.
