Description
R esponsible for HR end-to end process who performs and supports a broad range of HR duties, such as recruitment & on-boarding function, employee relation, HR reporting and administrative functions, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits etc.
Ensure that all positions are filled according to serve company strategy through various channels
§ Prepare and facilitate Annual Performance Evaluation together with Line Manager
§ Review, monitor, and update salary and benefit packages to make sure that all schemes still competitive in the labor market
§ Coordinate with the Welfare committee, diversity committee and other parties to organize the Company's activities.
§ Handle all related documents and payment arrangement of employee's relation tasks.
§ Support on Training & Development as per the Company's guidance and individual training needs.
§ Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters.
Qualifications
§ Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Social Science, Law, Economics or related field
§ At least 8 Years of Experiences in HR field
§ Excellent Command in English and Computer Literacy
