We are looking for a lawyer with more than 8 years of experience within Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Brokers, International Shipping Companies,etc. Responsabilities: Management of a portfolio of market recoveries in charge (large & complex cases)Team Leader/Responsible for the recovery team in charge of the market recovery teamControl of case management of the team in chargeControl of the case management system/software of the team in chargeSupport and technical accompaniment of the team in chargeUnderstand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture.Requirements:Advanced Degree of 8 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience in Marine related businessesMastery level knowledge of level area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience in Marine marketsFluent or Native English speaker.
