Marketing Associate

Job Position: Marketing Associate Location: Remote (EST) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Job Description: Join our team as a Marketing Associate and play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze data, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms. Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and effective content distribution on social media platforms and other marketing channels. Software Proficiency: Navigate and utilize advanced software tools, including Hubspot, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana, and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Data Analysis: Support in gathering and analyzing marketing data, providing insights to optimize marketing strategies. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Requirements: Proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication within the team. Experience with marketing software such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field. Proven ability to work at a fast pace and in ambiguous situations. Critical thinking skills, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies. Project management skills. Social platform management experience (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube). Ability to pull and organize content and metrics reports.
