Marketing & Communications Specialist Campaign Management PMThe Campaign Marketing & Communications (M+C) Project Manager (PM) is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven campaign project management professional to play a key role in our next-level marketing campaign delivery practice within the Delivery Excellence group at Accenture.The PM specializes in helping organize and manage tasks / activities to turn a marketing campaign vision into reality by working in partnership and at the direction of the Campaign Manager (CM).The PM is aligned to specific area (Service or Industry) and reports to the Lead or CM as appropriate.The PM is the central point of contact and responsible for proactively maintaining detailed workplans and coordinating team members to execute campaigns from start to finish.This role will require you to leverage your PM skills for task management, issue / risk resolution, tracking status, communications and coordinating resources.You will keep campaign projects running smoothly day-to-day, working with CMs and channel leads to track tasks and to help ensure deliverables are received on time.The PM may be assigned special duties by the CM and may be given other special projects.Responsibilities :- Follow established PM and marketing processes leverage existing tools and templates- Central coordinator for project team members executing tasks- Manages the work of other PMs on the team- Responsible for creating workplans for marketing campaigns, maintaining and communicating workplan status, and tracking issues and risks- Responsible for monitoring marketing campaigns, engaging appropriate resources, ensuring deliverables are received on time, and escalating issues as needed to ensure initiative success- Record keeper and communicator of meetings,decisions, action items, stores project materials- Responsible to update tools such as Campaign Management Tool- Drafts or assists with campaign status reports for Campaign Manager by gathering data from different sources, building of reports / summaries to enable specific analysis and research- Support various process improvement initiatives and other special projects designed to improve business effectivenessQualifications :- Bachelor's degree required, project management qualifications a plus- 2-8 years project manager / coordinator and some marketing experienceExperience and Skills :- Intermediate project management skills : Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling / Monitoring, and Closing projects- Some marketing experience and demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and channels- Exposure to various project methodologies : traditional, Agile, etc.- Excellent written and oral communications- Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans, and projects- Efficient meeting management- Self-starter and strong interpersonal skills- Ability to motivate team members to complete tasks by building trusted relationships- Produce high-quality, detailed work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team- Proficient with MS Office tools- Experience using SalesForce- Experience with project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, Workspace is a plusPlease consider submitting only resumes in English.A unique workplace.
