Position Overview: Responsible for creating and implementing programs, projects, events, and campaigns that engage current and prospective clients for the purpose of enhancing brand awareness, cultivating leads, generating new business, and increasing existing business.
This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating marketing programs that include the development of new projects, technologies, campaigns, events, and partnerships in a way that improves brand awareness and generates quantifiable incremental business. Responsibilities: Plan, manage and execute multiple special projects or programsDevelop project plans for each program, including scheduling, promotion, content, logistics, campaignsEnsure that each program is executed with excellence including branding, lead generation, data capture, coordination with 3rd party vendors, brand partnersWork across the organization on collaborative marketing initiatives and co-branded experiencesUtilize digital platforms and social media to extend the reach and impact of programs and campaignsUtilize marketing automation to generate, assign, nurture, and report on leadsSupport sales team with custom nurtures across various channelsSet up and analyze A/B testsSetup campaigns and workflows in Pardot and Salesforce CRMAnalyze performance, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize future programs and campaigns and improve resultsPrepare and present reports to sales & marketing stakeholdersManage assigned budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs to achieve desired outcomesAnalyze best practices and industry trends for peers and other high-performing companies for insights and recommendations on continuous improvement
