Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. years of proven experience as a trainer and content developer focusing on adult learning methodologies, preferably in multi-business companies or digital marketing academies.Strong proficiency in creating diverse training content, including live sessions, virtual trainings, and multimedia materials (videos, infographics, etc)A solid understanding of marketing concepts (customer acquisition, retention & growth concepts) and the ability to convey technical information effectively will be highly valued for the role.Previous experience as a Growth Marketer or Creative Strategist will be highly valuedProactive mindset in identifying and addressing training needs to optimize contributor performanceExcellent project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expected Outcomes & ResponsibilitiesAlign Training with Company Objectives: Stay abreast of the company's quarterly, semi-annual, and annual objectives to design and implement effective training solutions across a spectrum of marketing topics.Content Development: Excel in creating dynamic content for live and virtual training sessions, including curated readings, videos, and other multimedia materials, ensuring a diverse and engaging learning experience.
