The opportunity: We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Marketplace Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring the outcomes of strategies and tactics aimed at driving the growth of our marketplaces. Collaborating closely with the commercial team, you will play a crucial role to implement growth initiatives.
Main responsibilities: Playbook Development:
Create and develop playbooks for each marketplace, prioritizing by relevance.Understand product selection, optimal publishing methods, pricing strategies, and channel preferences for effective marketplace presence.Gain a profound understanding of each marketplace's algorithm to enhance product positioning and increase organic traffic.Monitor key metrics for each marketplace, focusing on conversion rates, and implementing strategies for optimization. Design and develop tools to monitor competitor behavior and market dynamics.Conduct experiments on pricing elasticity to understand channel-specific behaviors.Implement actions based on insights gained to maximize revenue and market share.Collaborate with the catalog team to enhance product appeal, drive conversion, and impact key metrics for each marketplace.What are we expecting from you? Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Marketing.Previous experience in growth or marketing roles within the marketplace domain.Solid knowledge of data analysis and proficiency in making data-driven decisions.Experience with analytical tools and platforms.Desirable: Familiarity with digital marketing practices and growth strategies.
