Operations And Communication Coord

Essential Functions• Administers, maintains and supports new and existing IT operations management systems.• Provides answers to queries on these systems raised within product development or within the business.• Maintains the integrity of the operations data.• Produces weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for all levels of management and finance.• Develops new procedures and works on projects relating to the area of expertise.• Assists in the implementation of new processes and procedures within the operations area.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree Req• Two (2) years experience of previous resource/timesheet administration Req• Proven experience delivering management information via SQL Server, MS Access, Excel.• Specialised knowledge of at least one operations area or system.• Strong focus on process and detail whilst being able to look at wider implications.• Good communication and organizational skills.• Some knowledge of IQVIA products and services, or development and production processes would be useful.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
