This is a remote position.

The Paid Media Specialist spearheads comprehensive paid marketing strategies and oversees campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis for the diverse clientele. This role requires exceptional analytical prowess, organizational finesse, and adept time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Strategy:

Interpret and align with client objectives to forecast budgets, structure campaigns, and take full accountability for multiple client accounts. Innovate new strategies targeting key audiences to stimulate demand and achieve sales objectives and KPIs.

Campaign Management:

Construct reports, initiate campaigns, and optimize all paid channels, encompassing bid management, ad copy testing, and comprehensive reporting. Collaborate with the extended team to craft compelling client messaging and search marketing creatives.

Communication and Optimization:

Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring seamless communication and flawless program execution. Conduct daily and weekly optimizations across relevant platforms, including bid adjustments, performance analysis, and continual keyword research. Conduct A/B testing and focus on conversion rate optimization.

Data Analysis and Insights:

Utilize data analysis to derive actionable insights, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies across all paid channels.

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience and Expertise:

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Gartner, Reddit, Meta, and more. Advanced proficiency in conceptualizing B2B campaign strategies and managing substantial monthly budgets exceeding $50k across various digital advertising channels.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Clarity, Hotjar, and HubSpot. Advanced understanding of paid search tactics, including keyword research, landing page analysis, ad copy creation, and remarketing strategies.

Analytical and Soft Skills:

Advanced analytical, statistical, and time management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a marketing superpower, coupled with a knack for systems-thinking and process optimization. Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with acute attention to detail.

Education/Background:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
