Pre-owned Sales Manager - Mercedes-Benz BarrieMercedes-Benz Barrie, a division of Weins Canada, is currently seeking a successful, enthusiastic, team-driven Sales Manager to help lead our Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Department.
Responsibilities: Accurately desk and formulate new and used vehicle dealsAssist product advisors with completing and closing deals, as well as effective follow-upEnsure sales team members are consistently following processes and proceduresMonitor the efforts and activities of the sales team to maintain consistent levels of productivityMaintain and contribute to a professional working environment, and a positive atmosphereAchieve various new and used targets and KPI's while maintaining exceptional CSIAssist in the implementation of monthly promotional strategies and sales-incentive programsAssist with the management of inventory and merchandising initiativesPromote and participate in ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetingsMotivate and guide sales team in setting and reaching sales targets on a short and long-term basisMonitor and maintain the highest standards for the delivery of vehicles to the customersOther duties as requiredQualifications: APB selling system experience is an assetExperience with new and pre-owned sales3-5 years in Automotive Dealership Sales, preferably with Management experienceStrong sales and customer service background with a proven track record of successProgressive coaching, mentoring and team-building skillsExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsWorking knowledge of applications such as: VAuto, Desk-It, Rapid Recon, CDK, PBS, AutoAlert, is an assetProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to effectively multi-taskValid OMVIC licenseClass G Driver's licenseWe Offer: Exceptional pay plan along with a comprehensive benefits plan (with options to suit your needs)Additional employee benefits (Group RRSP plan, vehicle purchase program, educational assistance programs, etc.)Tools for success that include: ongoing training and management supportVehicle Purchase Program / DemonstratorsParts & Service Discounts and much moreAccommodation will be provided in accordance with AODA.
