Responsibilities:Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product (for customers and company employees)Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installersTeach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technologyPromote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clientsMarket research and ?omparative ?haracteristics of products of the competitorsDevelop long-term relationships with key partners of the company Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the teamAnalyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales departmentKey requirements:Previous professional experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer working with intrusion, video surveillance, security, telecommunications and other related areasAn excellent working knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control SystemsExperience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systemsExperience of public speaking (as an advantage)Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical conceptsAvailable to travelAn outgoing, curious, and enthusiastic personality; self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyWe offer:Opportunity to work in one of the most recognised and innovative security manufacturers.
